I’m Nandhini, a Psychotherapist with over five years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and adults across educational and therapeutic settings. I offer individual psychotherapy and couple counselling, with a focus on concerns such as anxiety, academic and work-related stress, relationships, family dynamics, grief, self-esteem, body image, and life transitions.
My work is integrative and trauma-informed, drawing from Transactional Analysis, CBT ,Art Therapy and reflective approaches. I strive to create a space that is safe, non-judgmental, and collaborative where you can explore your experiences at your own pace and feel genuinely heard.
As Carl Rogers reminds us, “When someone really hears you without passing judgment on you, without trying to take responsibility for you, without trying to mold you, it feels damn good.”
And as Irvin Yalom wrote, “The relationship heals.” I believe meaningful change begins with a compassionate therapeutic relationship.
If you choose to work with me, we will focus not on “fixing” you, but on understanding you, your patterns, strengths, and inner resources, so that you can move toward greater clarity, self-trust, and emotional well-being.
